Club Photo Day

Club Photo Day: the most stressful day of the year. Rather than pay a company to come in and take our club photos (30+ Clubs!), it became my job to organize and execute the day, including promoting on social media. From 7:25 in the morning to 2:00 in the afternoon, I spend the day lining people up, counting down, and snapping hundreds of shots. Some clubs have over 100 people (like the one above), which makes arranging the photo quite challenging. This year, when we entered the auditorium at about 6:30 a.m., there were no risers to be found. Needless to say those panicked 45 minutes spent moving the risers from the choir room to the auditorium made that day much more stressful. Club Photo Day is a big undertaking that I was lucky enough to be trusted with since my sophomore year.
