Photojournalism

A picture's worth a thousand words, and I've taken hundreds of thousands of photos in my journalism career. A photo can capture emotion beyond words, and bring back memories people may not think of. It's an honor to capture these moments for people, even if it means spending most of my free time on the sidelines or going class by class around the entire school for pictures. Choosing which photos to showcase was painfully difficult, so instead of showing only eight photos, I chose to showcase eight galleries

Above shows the first photo I ever took on a real camera (that I still have) from December 12, 2019 (shot on Canon 70D). On the right, you'll see a basketball photo from my most recent event on February 17, 2024 (shot on Sony a9). As you can see, I've had a pretty long time to perfect my craft, but there's so much further I hope to go.
