A picture's worth a thousand words, and I've taken hundreds of thousands of photos in my journalism career. A photo can capture emotion beyond words, and bring back memories people may not think of. It's an honor to capture these moments for people, even if it means spending most of my free time on the sidelines or going class by class around the entire school for pictures. Choosing which photos to showcase was painfully difficult, so instead of showing only eight photos, I chose to showcase eight galleries.
